Designing a project is a method for bringing together all components of the plan & preparing a blueprint for the future processes. It includes project implementation strategy, aim, outcome, and project sustainability. This work-plan is supported with qualitative and quantitative data & aims to plan the program in accord with institutional, regional, national & international developmental targets.
We thoroughly review available authentic literature, conduct background study before designing the proposal. It helps to develop a better understanding about the necessary conditions for need-based execution of the project, covering multiple indicators, frameworks, obstacles, and sustainability for easy execution.
Furthermore, we develop an understanding about the core values of the partner agency, their strength, resource availability, and geographical location, through the project construction process and match them with corporate social initiatives which have a preference for similar outcomes
